Did my taxes yesterday and found out that I need to save my receipts. I could have made a few more deductions in 2008 had I gotten a receipt for them. I don’t mind paying Uncle Sam for the social services I use, but I love the fact that I can lower my taxable income doing what I always do. This year’s budget has to include more tax deductions, and non-taxable investments. Still don’t know if I should get that ROTH.

I also found out the reason why I didn’t get my “stimulus” from last year too. My parents messed me up. Well this year I got it! Now the trip to Cayman is almost paid for! Now i need ideas for my finances that will benefit my want for travel and retirement.
